You can count us as satisfied users of your Vessel System, which I bought from you in 2001. When I saw your demonstration of it at the brewers' convention then, it struck me as the ideal system for avoiding siphoning in wine making. My long time companion Emmy is the winemaker, and she is pictured in the attachment along with the system I bought for her then.

We have had many batches of good wine from it.
